Make practice count
- Say answers out loud. Thinking an answer and speaking it are different skills.
- Use the frameworks to organize your thoughts, not to memorize scripts. Interviewers notice rehearsed answers.
- Build eight to ten stories from your own experiences that can answer many questions.
- For scenarios, show your reasoning: who is affected, the options, patient safety, and acting within your role.
Read the interview guide for formats and strategy, research schools on our school pages, and ask current students about their interviews through Mentors.
