Sell your decks and study guides

If you wrote a flashcard deck or a study guide that helped you, other students can buy it here. You set the price, and you keep 85% of every sale.

How it works

Make a public profile. On your account page, choose a handle and publish your profile. Buyers see who wrote what they are buying.
Apply to sell. On the same page, under "Sell your decks and study guides", tell us what you plan to sell. We review every application and email you the decision.
Set up payouts. Once approved, choose "Set up payouts". Stripe, our payment provider, asks for your identity and bank details on its own secure pages. Dental School Map never sees them.
Set a price. Open one of your decks or study guides, choose Edit, share it, and enter a price from $3 to $50.

What you earn

You keep 85% of the price. Dental School Map keeps 15%, which also covers the card processing fee. On a $10 deck you receive $8.50. Stripe pays your earnings to the bank account you gave it. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

What buyers see

Before paying, a buyer sees your title, description and the first five cards of a deck. A study guide's file stays locked until it is bought. After paying, the buyer has personal access to the item for as long as it stays on the site.

What you may sell

Only material you wrote yourself and have the right to sell.
No exam or quiz questions from any school.
No copied textbook, lecture-slide or paid question-bank content.
Nothing containing patient information.

We can remove an item, or pause selling on an account, if these rules are broken.

Refunds

If a buyer tells us within 7 days that an item is not as described, we decide whether to refund it. A refund returns the full price to the buyer, comes out of your earnings for that sale, and ends the buyer's access.
